Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Travel Franchise Group (TFG) programme, a division of Working Travel Group Ltd. By registering for and participating in the TFG programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Travel Franchise Group (TFG)

Travel Franchise Group, operating under Working Travel Group Ltd., offers a travel technology platform and comprehensive support to individuals establishing and operating their own independent travel businesses as travel franchisees. Our offering is designed to equip you with the tools, resources, and knowledge required to succeed in the travel industry.

2. Registration Fee

A non-refundable registration fee is required upon application to the TFG programme. This fee covers initial assessment, access to preliminary materials, and the interview process. Payment of this fee does not guarantee acceptance into the full TFG franchise package.

3. Full Franchise Package and Contract

Should your application be successful after the interview process, you will be invited to proceed with the full TFG franchise package. This will involve the presentation and execution of a comprehensive Franchise Agreement (the “Contract”). The Contract will detail all aspects of your franchise, including:
* Monthly Service Charges: You will be required to pay a monthly service charge commencing after the first year of your operation. These charges are subject to review and may increase from time to time, as outlined in your Contract.
* Package Inclusions: Your full package fee covers access to our proprietary email system, the Working Travel Group technology platform, and other essential tools and resources as detailed on the ‘Packages & Pricing‘ page.
* Non-Refundable Payments: Upon commencement of your training course, all monies paid to Working Travel Group Ltd. up to that date, including the full package fee (if applicable), become non-refundable.

4. Insurance Requirements

As a TFG franchisee, you are required to secure and maintain the following insurance policies:
* Professional Indemnity Insurance: To cover claims arising from professional negligence or misselling of travel products.
* Public Liability Insurance: To cover you for any third-party claims should you attend events or market yourself in the public domain.
* Responsibility: It is your responsibility to obtain adequate and appropriate insurance coverage. While Working Travel Group Ltd. may recommend reputable insurance brokers to assist you in sourcing suitable cover, you must conduct your own research and due diligence before committing to any insurance policy. Your acceptance of the full TFG/WTG travel franchise business package signifies your agreement to this obligation.

5. Trip Data and Operator Liability

Working Travel Group Ltd. endeavours to provide a wide and accurate range of trips from various operators through its platform. However, WTG is ultimately reliant on operators supplying data that is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. While WTG will make every reasonable effort to sense-check and approve operator-supplied trip data against a set of internal standards before publication, WTG does not take liability for the accuracy, completeness, or ongoing validity of operator data. Your role as a franchisee includes exercising due diligence when selling trips and representing operator information.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes that may arise between a consumer, an agent (including TFG franchisees), and an operator are the primary responsibility of those involved parties. Working Travel Group Ltd. has no direct liability for such disputes but will make reasonable efforts to mediate or assist in mitigating issues to find a fair and reasonable solution, without assuming liability for the underlying dispute.

7. Minimising Onboarding Issues

To ensure a smooth onboarding experience, you agree to:
* Provide accurate and complete information during the application and setup process.
* View and agree to our full Travel Franchisee contract agreement. This will be available to you once you have paid the registration fee.
* Actively participate in all required training sessions.
* Familiarise yourself with the TFG platform and its functionalities promptly.
* Adhere to all operational guidelines and best practices provided by TFG and Working Travel Group Ltd.

8. Amendments

Working Travel Group Ltd. reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance. Your continued participation in the TFG programme after such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
